Looking for a New Nest? Check out Owl’s Nest!

Written by Wayne D. KingCampton and Thornton, New Hampshire.

The key to every well-known and successful real estate development is location, location, location. Owl’s Nest, straddling the towns line between Campton and Thornton, New Hampshire has an ideal location. Situated on one of New Hampshire’s most spectacular and beautiful golf sites, the rolling hills, the meandering Pemigewasset River, and the majestic mountain views provide a backdrop for a truly sensational golfing experience. At the same time, the site’s proximity to Interstate Route 93 (a mile away) allows you easy access to population centers in short order. Concord is an hour to the south, Boston is two hours away and Providence is three.

Locally, the rapidly growing business and commercial center of the region is Plymouth, New Hampshire, just six miles south of Owl’s Nest. Home to Plymouth State University (PSU), the northern campus for the University of New Hampshire, this picturesque college town feature an $8 million performing arts center, an excellent hospital with strong ties to the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and many shops and stores too numerous to mention.

Despite the fact that Owl’s Nest has stunning views, a great location, superb golf and great skiing minutes away, the community’s master developer was Tom Mullen.

The housing at Owl’s Nest consists of single-family homes (1,500 to 3,500 square feet) and townhouse style condos (1,300 to 2,500 square feet). All exterior maintenance including; snow removal, yard work, building repairs, etc. is performed for residents by a professional, on-site staff. A full menu of services such as; maid and linen service, house checks, heat monitoring, trash removal, etc. are a phone call away to the Owl’s Nest Property Management Department.

Residents move around the community on golf cart paths or on private roads. All utilities are installed underground. Spectacular views abound in all directions.

Golf oriented real estate development is relatively new to New Hampshire, but with eighteen holes in play and nine more on the drawing boards, Owl’s Nest has already set a standard that the competition will find hard to beat.
